The Whangie ( 13 April 2008)

Durisdeer Hills ( 5 April 2008)

There was a biting cold wind but with good visibility we could see over the Solway Firth to Cumbria. As we gained height we could see the outline of the Roman Fortlet in the valley….well everyone but Jacqui could see it as she hadn’t a clue what she was meant to be looking at .........

Beinn Ime ( 12 February 2008)

We had planned a ridiculously early start and a trip up to the Drumochter Hills, but by the time we’d got back from the Monday club night at 11pm, the enterprise didn’t seem quite so appealing! So then, a more local hill and a slightly longer sleep .........
