If you have a Hill Walk, Climb, Cycle or Other Activity you would like included then why don't you plan it! Don't be frightened to do so, cos we’ll be delighted to help. Just ask for assistance. To include an event on this page please enter the details in the members area or email Irene Cahill with all the necessary details.

If your on our potential members list and need more information then please contact one of the committee via the contacts page.

Many of our members go out informally on a regular basis in small groups/car loads depending on weather conditions etc. with too short a notice to add to this events page. Therefore all members and potential members are advised to attend our club nights as often as they can to find out what's going on and do some networking!

Saturday	31/7/2010	Day walk	Ben Starav route report @ scottish hills.com	Meet up at traditional car parking at junction with road to Coileiter and bridge over River Etive NN13714686 for 9:45 please. Apart from main hill there's a couple of other that can be ticked off as well. Be prepared for a very windy,wet day. check out the MWIS forecast,route reported to be boggy especially where it has been diverted around new house. CU there :-)
August 2010
Sunday	8/8/2010	Other Event	Glasgow - Glengarnock cycle Glasgow - Glengarnock route map	Train to Glasgow and meet in Central Station at 10:30am. Cycle to Glengarnock along the National Cycle Route 7. Then train home from Glengarnock station or alternatively leave car at Glengarnock station. Approx 24 miles easy cycling mostly along cycle paths. Will stop for a coffee somewhere along the route.
Monday	9/8/2010	Club night	Tartan Bar, North Street, Dalry	8pm. This is an opportunity for members to meet up and discuss forthcoming trips.
Saturday	21/8/2010	Day walk	The Cobbler (Ben Arthur) The Cobbler info	Meet at the 2nd carpark at the head of Loch Long in Arrochar at 10am. This will be an easy walk up The Cobbler with Irene's work colleagues therefore suitable for everyone. As usual after these walks we go somewhere for a meal before heading home....not compulsory though!
Saturday	28/8/2010	Day walk	Ben Vane (Loch Sloy) Scottish hills info	Since it's the only Arrochar alp left for me to tick 10:00am start visitors centre car park. it is possible to add in Ben Ime as well
September 2010
Wednesday	1/9/2010	Other Event	Blair Athol to Aviemore	this is a walk from Blair Athol to Aviemore via Falls of Tarf 1st camp to White Bridge then to corrour Bothy at the start of the Lairig Ghru stay over then on to Aviemore.
Saturday	4/9/2010	Day walk	Creag Mhor & Beinn Heasgarnich Walk Detail.	Anyone fancy a walk to these 2 fine lochy munro's? Meeting at Kenknock at around 10.30am
Friday	10/9/2010	Weekend	Arran	Arran weekend staying at Sannox. Further details to follow.
Monday	13/9/2010	Club night	Tartan Bar, North Street, Dalry	Meet at 8pm.
Saturday	25/9/2010	Day walk	TBC pick a corbett	Maybe another go at the Etive hills. or the tyndrum cobetts.
